Hello! Welcome to the Cozy Coastal Cottage!

I started this blog to create a destination for people to share their lifestyle ideas and inspirations. I also want to share a bit of the paradise that is Florida with all of you!  My family and I live in Southwest Florida where we enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and endless sunny and warm days.

I currently work as a professional in the fashion industry but my passion lies in home decorating! I love all things home décor! From searching for inspirations on Pinterest to  finding amazing  buys while out shopping and then putting it all together. Of course I love Fixer Upper and anything HGTV!  My boyfriend and I are in the process of doing some remodeling in our house and we look forward to sharing with you how it turns out!

I am also the proud mom of 4 shih Tzus that I have rescued over the years. They make me smile and laugh everyday!  I have a passion for animals and animal rescue and look forward to finding a  way that my blog can help local animal rescue organizations.
